Dining for Illumniations

My DH & I are going to WDW at the end of April for our 10 yr. Anniversary this year. We would like to see Illumniations while we dine. Where is the best place to do this? I have already made reservations for La Hacienda de San Angel during Illuminations. Is this our best place or is there somewhere else?

That or Rose and Crown. I recommend arriving in advance of your ADR or popping in during the day to explain how special the evening is and ask if you could have a seat with prime viewing for illuminations... always works for me :-)
