    Stitch's Great Escape

On my last trip to WDW, I rode SGE for the first time. I'm not the kind of person who likes these rides, but I was talked into it. Surprise, surprise! I found incredibly dumb. Well, I also found the seat extremely uncomfortable. I let it go and was ready to go. I thought I was let off. Was I wrong! When Stitch jumped on the shoulder bar, I was in such pain! I don't have back problems either! So I ask you:

    1. Does anybody else feel the pain?
    2. Why doesn't it inform you that if you have back pains that you shouldn't ride?

I have never felt any pain (and I always have back/kidney pain) on this ride or when it was Alien. Maybe you just were sitting funny?

A trick I found....sit up really tall (even raise out of the seat a bit) when they lower the shoulder bar for the first time. Then sit normal...that way when Stitch jumps on you, the bars won't touch you as much.

I've done that even when Alien Encounter was there. I've always told people that the trick is to sit as tall as possible when they restraints go down, and the rest of the time just sit normal.

Yeah, that's what I always do for these types of rides. It really works too! Just raise up as high as you can until you hear the restraints lock. Then, as everyone else has said, just sit back down like normal. This always works for me!!!
There's a great big beautiful tomorrow, just a dream away!
Prince Charming, will you marry me?
I saw on TV that listening to Mozart makes you smart. So if you listen to Elvis, you'll become a GENIUS!
