New Kungaloosh Recipe -- since 2000 or so

1 cup Daily's Strawberry Daiquiri Mix
    1/4 cup orange juice
1/4 cup Captain Morgan's Spiced Rum
    1/4 cup blackberry brandy

Toss it in a blender with enough ice to make it slushy.

That's the one I had and choked on! It was great!

I can't predict these things woman! Who would have thought the word "No" would have made me laugh so hard?

We finally made it to AC on our last visit to WDW. DH thinks that we will probably be banned from AC since a friend and I were giving one of the characters a hard time while he was doing his bit. He ignored us, but I know it was a little tough since we were sitting right next to him and kept commenting about his zebra hat and how we really wanted his hat.

Later when I went to get another Kungaloosh, my friend came in and holler from the upper level that she wanted one too. My DH had already gotten a monkey nut (aka monkey head to us) and had bought one for my friend. I asked the bartender for a refill on hers and I wanted another Kungaloosh. I ended up with a monkey nut too. On our way back to our room, my friend turns and says hers is called Bob. I think I named ours Harry & Joe. Now the monkey head thing is a running joke with the 3 of us.

A monkey nut is just a cocunut shell hand carved to look like a monkey. It then has a place to put a cup inside of it, so it's more of a glorified cup holder than anything else. Then there is a cocunut top where the straw goes through so you can't see the cup. I was just tehre last month and LOVED the AC. Now, I'm only 19 so I can't drink, but I had the GREATEST virgin pina colada there.

My girlfriend had a Kungaloosh in her monkey nut and actually loved it, and she's not one to like alcohol.

Also, you get to keep the monkey nut, but must be purchased separately.

I hope this helps everyone, and I'll say it again, AC is a MUST SEE!
