New Years Eve - 2013/2014 Bookings? HELP

Hello All!

I was wondering if anyone knows when Disney will accept Resort Reservations for New Years Eve 2013/2014?

I want to book the Grand Floridian Main Building Concierge, however, I want to book from 29th Dec '13 - 2nd Jan '14, and it appears that I can only book up to the 31st Dec!

Maybe I'm missing something, but this is my first trip booking solo!

I think the problem is that room rates after Dec. 31st aren't known yet, so you can't book online. I don't think the 2014 rates will be available until next May or June IIRC.

You can probably call and book. You just won't know what the entire total will be until later.

So if I call Disney direct I should be able to reserve the 2014 room, however, pay at a later stage?

Yes, you would only pay a deposit now. The balance wouldn't be due until something like 45 days from the check-in date.
