Question Question about original Snow White's adventure Ride, Disneyland California

My mother remembers, as a little girl going on the snow whites adventure ride at disneyland in 1958 (original), and seeing a large shape falling from above the door where the cart entered the ride. For a long time we both have been looking for pictures and info about this thing, to no avail. All we have seen is that the thing could have been the witch and my mom thinks it might have been green but is not sure. I would apprieciate any info or links to pictures or videos. If anyone knows of any websites concerning this matter please tell me. Thanks for your time.copperpotter@msn.com

If I remember correctly it was a rock that looked like it was being pushed down on top of the attraction vehicle. You have to remember I would have been 11 and that was a long time ago. LOL

This does make a certain amount of sense, though not at the beginning of the ride where you seemed to be saying it was, it makes sense to me if it is at the scene where the witch trys to crush Snow White with a big rock since the idea of the ride at that time was that you were seeing the ride from snow Whites perspective, also, for that same reason there was no Snow White figure in the attraction at that time.
