Captain Cooks at Polynesian--what kind of coffee???

hello everyone-new here-just came back on the 28th from a wonderful week at WDW-quick question-we stayed at the polynesian-drank lots and lots of coffee from captain cooks at the polynesian--it was wonderful--the machine actually said nescafe-just wondering if anyone knows if in fact that is the type of coffee they serve--i sure would love to have some to brew at home!
Ive read some posts of people complaining about the coffee-but i personally(along with my sisters) thought it was absolutely awesome!

For the most part, the only coffee served at WDW is Nescafe, except for the few locations that serve specialty coffees.

You may be the first person I've ever known that liked that fact.
