How old?

What do you mean BE Mickey Mouse????? how can you be someone who you aren't?????? Maybe you could be a VERY close helper of Mickey at age 16. But Mickey is over 50 yrs old. No one can ever BE Mickey.

You have to be 18 years old and enrolled in a university.

I'm not sure about the university but you HAVE to be 18 years old

According to a cast member, you can be "a close personal friend of Mickey Mouse". You have may have to be 18 years old to work for Mickey, but you have be to be between 4'8-4'10 to be a "close personal friend".

No, but I have many friends that are from the bottom of the totem pole just starting off then there's others that have pretty good paying positions. I can tell you that the CMs in the parks don't make very much. I think they start off around $7 for most positions in the parks. If they paid better I'd definitely work there. To me it wouldn't even be about making a lot of money... but I'd need enough to live and that's not enough to live on. Plus, with 50,000+ employees in Orlando alone, it makes it pretty hard to advance within the company. My girl is going to school for a Marketing degree in hopes of working for Disney one day. Maybe when she's pulling in big bucks I can go get a job in the parks just for part time fun.
