I need to know information on how much its costs to join, then yearly costs, how it works,, I would love to own one at the Wilderness Lodge, anyone with information please fill me in, specifically with personal experiences, what the out of pocket cost to purchase, and the yearly dues, fees, and costs!

Go to http://dvc.disney.go.com/dvc.index. They might have some information for you about DVC. I will admit, I won't be of much help. But the benefits of joining the Disney Vacation Club allows flexibility. I think that's one of the best things about it. They'll give you all the inside info you need to know what times would be best to come, lower rates, etc. Also, with the DVC, you buy points , which is then used towards your membership. Points allow you flexibility and gives you discounts for certain things and lets you use them for your next Disney vacation. To get more information like I said, go to the above website or call the number on that website. They will give you all the details you need to know. And one last thing, don't forget to check out the DVC message forum. Someone else asked just the same thing. You'll get a lot of info from that, too. My parents are DVC members, and we love the flexibility to go whenever and the benefit of other places (i.e. Disney's Vero Beach Resort, only for DVC members). Good luck!
