Mousefest Question
How long has mouse fest been running and what type of events and special "stuff" happens during it? Lou, I know you are psyched up about going so I figure that it must be a pretty cool event.

This year will be only the second Mousefest. But all the parts of it have been meeting seperately for a number of years, some dating back to the early 1990's.
You can get more information on what goes on during one by visiting Deb Wills' sight www.allearsnet.com.

I feel bad I don't know this.
I must not know about Disney World as I thought I did.
What exactly is "Mousefest?"

Stitch,
Don't feel too bad. I didn't know what it was either. Sadly to say my last trip to Disney World was in DEC 2002. Next Disney excursion will be to Disney Land Paris in November. Best I can do living in London till I move back to states next summer.

Mousefest is an UNofficial gathering of several groups dedicated to the love of the :mickey: . Deb Wills, the webmaster of www.allearsnenet.com, got together with several other webmasters and authors of Disney guidebooks to form one gigantic meet (last year over 400 people showed up!).
As I posted earlier today there is a lot of information at Deb's site. You can also get some info on smaller meets from www.radp.org. RADP stands for rec.arts.disney.parks, it's a USENET group and is the originator of the "big" meets.
