Team Disney and Casting Center

I couldn't help but notice these two buildings in front of downtown disney at walt disney world when I went this past weekend. What exactly are in these two buildings? Me and my dad were wondering. Thanks.

I'm pretty sure that the team disney building is a training center and center of operations for cast scheduling

They are where the hiring of Cast Members(employees) are done and various other office type things go on. I am sure there is a more elaborate explanation but I am not the one to give it. LOL

the one that looks like an argyle sock is the casting center, ie employment center in the rest of the world.

Team Disney buildiing houses the corporate offices of all the Florida operations. It also houses one of the world's largest sundials in thaT blue tower.
