Does anyone know the date that Disney takes all the Xmas decorations down?
I think it's new years day but I'm not sure.

I believe it's around the 2nd. I don't know the exact day, but I know that normally things run through new years.

I was there last year Jan 6th, and remember the Christmas tree fully decorated outside the Contemporary - but think most else was packed away...

I ran the marathon at Disney last year and that was on the 8th and there was still some stuff up but most of it had been taken down

The decorations start coming down on Jan. 2nd and then continue to be dismantled over the following days until it's all down. Depending on where you're standing at WDW, it's possible to still see christmas decorations up till the 2nd week of January.
