What to expect at Jellyrolls?
Was hoping that people could fill me in on what to expect at Jellyrolls on the Boardwalk? I know there's dualing painos, but was wondering what i'm in store for, I've only heard good things about it, and will be taking my girlfriend for that first time, so were looking for something to do at night. And I heard this is a must?

Boy are you gonna have a lot of fun. We were there 2 years ago. There were 2 sets of piano players and these guys knew everything. You are encouraged to give them requests on napkins and they will play your song. I never saw them stomped. They even played a medley from School House Rock. There are sing-a-longs and laughs. Can't wait to go back next trip! Have a good time.

It's been awhile since I have gone. Does anyone know if it still allows smoking inside?

Two words: "smo" and "key."
Cough cough......
But, the Kilwein brothers are excellent pianists and are very entertaining.

Really? When did it change? We tried going there again in December 2008, but left mostly because they still allowed smoking.

Re: What to expect at Jellyrolls?
I was kind of wondering what to expect too. We're going to be going there for the first time when we go and stay at the Yacht Club in a few months. We were just so close by we couldn't resist going and checking it out.
Upcoming Trips to WDW:
Dec 6-10: Disney Wonder
Dec 10-19: Port Orleans French Quarter

It is excellent! Andy had to be practically restrained from going up on stage and joining in. They played a huge range of music, all to a very high standard. The atmosphere was great and I enjoyed a rather good drink - I think it was called a 'Yellow Brick Road' or something! (Don't remember the end of the evening, tee hee!)

Re: What to expect at Jellyrolls?
I went for the first time in February. My cousin is a former CM (College Program.) She used to go here all the time, so when we were talking about what to do in the evening, she suggested it without hesitation. Her parents, my parents, and the two of us all went. (We're in our twenties, our mothers are obviously not a day over 30
and our fathers are in their 50s....) What was great is that we all had fun! I think it's rare that a place can cover that span of ages. We got there right after they took the stage and stayed through just about midnight. Couple of bucks and some napkins on the piano, they'll play requests.
