Your 14 year old disney expert!
If I go crazy, will you still call me superman?
My favorite evenings are spent shopping in DTD or seeing Cirque. I too like to wander around the resort checking out the shops or people watching. If I'm spending an evening in the room, then I review all my pictures and sourveniers from the day before getting some well needed sleep so I can do it all again tomorrow. We did spend one eveing in Pleasure Island dancing for hours. It was fun, but I didn't have a lot of energy the next day.

Life isn't about the destination, everybody gets to that. It is about the journey.

I guess that depends on where I'm staying. If I was on property at a cool place with lots to see, I would probably want to go back to the hotel, chill at the pool, take a walk around, check out all the neat stuff there that you don't really get to see otherwise. Or maybe grab a late dinner at a themed resort restaurant. Staying off property though, usually the hotel really isn't all that impressive. So if that's the case, it's Downtown Disney for me... or else the Orlando Premium Outlets if the girlfriend has a say in things that night.

It always depends what I do after hours. Most of the time we are extremely tired, so we will just go back to the resort (always on property) and explore or go to the snack shop to grab some drinks and snacks. Maybe we'll even go for a dip in the pool. If we stay on or near the boardwalk, we like to explore around there and take the ferry. It's also fun to take late night monorail trips before they close.![]()
Love, Kerri
The only thing we have done after hours wasn't really after hours technically. We went to Cirque Du Soleil on our first trip. It was a blast.
Once the kids get a little older I guess we'll get to experience more of the after hours things.
I like Downtown Disney "after hours" I was at Raglan Road until like 2 with my family because we love everything Irish (especially drinks)! But I wish they still had midnight fireworks like last time I was at WDW. The younger kids really got a kick out of the Lego's and I spent most of my time at the Pin Trading Central. If you have the spare time, is the movie theater at Downtown Disney anything special?
