In August we only waited 30 minutes for the forbidden journey as well. But that's so long as we didn't go first thing in the morning, firs thing there were big lines everywhere... later in the day everything was busy but manageable crowd levels.

Thanks everyone! I am hoping that it won't be crowded. Going to the park from 9-3, because I have MVMCP tickets for that night!

It will probably be fine at 9am, but if it's super busy don't panic! lol, just try doing another area of the park for an hour or two and then come back... When we were there it went from a 2 hour lineup to get into the AREA of the park at 9am, to half an hour waits for FJ, 15 minutes for the other rides, and walking right into the stores at 1pm.
