Has anyone ever done the fishing excursions on Disney property?

My boyfriend is not a big Disney fan, but he is a big fishing fan. But he is no newbie fisher, he has had two fish mounted and into fly fishing more than reel fishing. Anyways, I was just wondering how the fishing excursions were because if we make trip to Disney I want to know if this would be worth it to him, or if he would fine it lame.
