Anyone live or is familiar with Independence?

I have some questions that the realtor can't really answer (like what day is trash pickup, is it reliable, what is the basic cable/internet included in the hoa like, etc.) We put an offer on a house and I'd like to know.

I remember him saying he even dropped a file cabinet on his bare foot during the moving process. I was surprised since he had just spent so much time emptying the storage locker in Naples.
