LOL! This might seem weird but I have to tell....

Argentinians are spread everywhere! The dude in Blue who can't stop shouting for a second is Argentinian. Why do I know this? His shirt says "CableVision", an Argentinian tv provider such as DirectTv or so... Not only that, but I heard him shout some phrases with an accent we have such as "Otra, otra!" that would be "Once more, once more!" or "Another, another!" in english.
