I just wanted to give Kudos to the Disney Reservations Specialists! I just called to switch some people around in rooms for our trip next June and boy were they helpful. I booked our reservations right before the current promotion came out; since we were traveling during the dates I was kinda bummed that we didn't get the promotion. SOO when I called to rearrange people, I asked them if there was ANY way we could be credited for the current promotion, b/c when I booked it was, as I said, right before they started running the commercials. Well the reservations guy was so helpful, yes it took awhile to apply it to three rooms but its saving us some real dough. So here's to you Disney you sure know Customer Service!
