    I think that you have to be a certain type of personality to be a CM and most, if not all, would be honored to get these. Think of this as something they can take to their boss for their permanent personnel file.

    The special CM's that make a visitor's day deserve to be recognized. Unfortunately, in this day and age I believe that most people are much quicker to criticize and complain about a CM than to give them a positive comment or a pat on the back. If I were a CM, I would be honored and very appreciative that someone would take a minute to say thank you!

    Can we make this thread a sticky so that our new members know about them??? I think that April did a great job on these and I know that the CM's I handed these card out to really appreciated it! I hope that all DWT members will continue to take them to the parks with them and show their appreciation when a special CM deserves recognition!
