application to join international program again

hello, I am a Cultural Representatives of Hong Kong Disneyland.
Our contracts with HK are nearly end.
I have applied international program again in order to work for WDW again next year.
I would like to know when will the next recruitment of international program start and
is it possible for our Hong Kong Cultural Rep to go back to WDW?
