The only person in Epcot!
I met a great CM in Epcot a few years ago. I don't remember his name but he was just chatting to me and asking about my trip. This was at the turnstile to go into Epcot, first thing in the morning. I said that I wanted to be the first one in, so when the park opened he let me through, then told all the other CM's to not let anyone in! He then said I was the only guest allowed in Epcot that day! It was really funny, but he had to let people in cos a little kid started crying as he thought it was true!
Then, at the rope drop there was another CM, called George. He must have been around 70+ but he was messing around and really having fun. He told us a way to go to get to Test Track quicker, so we got a jump on the rest of the crowd. He was just so nice!
I guess that the fantastic CM's go a long way to making Disney what it is - special.

Wouldn't it be great if every company's employees felt as engaged and creative as the CMs do? Something to think about when you show up to work next Monday.

The CM's ARE the greatest! They have always helped me when I needed it.
