I would love to someday work at Disney, but what are the different things CMs can do? Also, if anyone here is or was a CM, how did you to work yourself into a nice position?
Just like any major company, there are many types of jobs in the front lines and behind the scenes. We all are familiar with CMs who greet us, work in shops, restaurants, and hotels, but there are also thousands that work out of the limelight. Decide what are your interests, pursue something that you excel at, and you can probably find a job with the Disney Company.
There are many roles at WDW. I have done (or am doing) 3 different ones myself. I hope to go FT once I graduate.
