Questions for CM

Hello everyone!
Im new to the boards and I was very excited to find it.
Ok so my boyfriend and I want to work at Disney world for the summer since now we are both 18. :yahoo: I have a few questions about how this all works. I know that you have to go to the casting building in Fl but when? We live in NY so when should we go down to Fl about the job soon? Next month? Also could someone tell me about the housing. We wanted to dorm together or at least close together. Can boys and girls room together?
Also just any advice. I love Disney World and I have always wanted to work there. Im very excited so could people tell us some or your stories.

Hi there, and welcome.:)

Unfortunately there is no housing for fulltime, part-time, and seasonal cast members. The only housing given to cast members is for the college program members. If you are interested in the CP, more info is here:

Also, if you're not going to college right out of high school you might be interested in the CareerStart Program. The Disney CareerStart Program

Note: College Program requires you to complete one semester of college prior to going down to Disney.
