Have always wanted to work for Disney and finally the dream is coming true! I called today and just have to call back to set up my interview.

I have two areas I am interested in Attractions, and possibly Character. I think it would be really fun to be a character but a little shy about auditioning. Has anybody ever auditioned before? What is the process like?

My dream job would be to drive/work on a monorail but not sure if that is possible as an entry level person.

Do many people get paid starting out at more than the base pay?
