question from a future cast member about employee benefits

Hey Everyone,

I'm a future cast member, coming to work at WDW this summer on the International program. I had a question for the cast members out there.
My parents want to come visit me while I'm working in Disney. I know that employees get something like a 40% discount on hotel rooms and can bring other people into the park. With Disney's really good offfer of 4 nights, 3 nights free, I'm wondering which would be a better choice.

Because I'm starting this summer, I won't be able to use my employee discount untill that time. By then, the 3 free nights offer will most likely have expired. What exactly is the hotel room discount? Is there a limit amount of rooms available to cast members? How many people can I bring into the park for how many days?


I hope anyone can answer some of these questions, and I really appreciate the help!!!

I think both are good deals. It may be better going with the Buy 4/Get 3 Free deal, in my opinion.

The resort discount is up to 50% off if you stay in the resort, and up to 40% off if you don't. The discount depends on availability.

As for tickets, you can bring up to 3 people into the parks on 6 different days. Just be aware that if you don't bring 3 people in 1 time, the extra person/people do not carry over (for example- if you bring 2 people in 1 day, the third person does not carry over and is wasted).
