My 16th Birthday

I've always dreamed of working for Disney. I love love love Disney. My first visit was when I was only 3 months old, not that I can remember it, but just trying to prove my point that I would be so grateful to work there. Anyways, I would love to be able to experience working at Disney and take on the "happiest place on earth" from a different prospective. The only problem: I'm turning 16 on August 12... I know that you can't do much at my age; I'm guessing Quick Service at the least. I also live an hour away... But would be willing to come very often, since I do almost every other weekend...

1. I am not positive, but I believe you have to have family working at WDW to start working there at 16 (I believe the starting age is 18, but not positive).

2. Seasonally means you only have to work a set number of hours per year to stay statused. It's great for people who live out of state, but want to stay statused (like me).

3. No idea, unfortunately. Hopefully soon (I hope to go FT next year). But according to the Casting website, it looks like they are hiring in several areas. So maybe things are getting better.

What if you have a close family friend working there?
I bet that they just want someone to refer you.

No, I'm pretty sure an actual family member has to be working at WDW for 16 and 17 year olds to work there (in limited roles).

Okay, so theres no other way for me to work at Disney unless I have A. a family member who works there or B. I'm 18.. what a bummer :( I'm like really upset now :(
