Does anyone know who the older gentleman is who works over at the American Adventure? He's been there for years and knows everything there is to know about the Pavilion. He also caught me on my birthday (wearing my pin!) and had me pick up the phone & dial an extension for a special birthday wish. I've been countless times and he managed to surprise me with something!! I forgot to catch his name after that and wanted to last weekend, but he wasn't working. I want to write in to Disney and let them know what a gem he is! But I can't do that without his name
