Got a job at The Disney Store

I remember after the catalog stopped being mailed that they would distribute them at the Disney Store. I haven't seen one of those in years so is it safe to say the Disney Catalog is simply gone for good???

Im glad you got the job but not to be the joy killer the Disney Store is not like it use to be but the best part about it you will be immersed in Disney for a least a few hours a day. The Walt Disney Company owns all the Disney Stores I know of in the southwest. Perhaps they have franchised a few stores on other states. All I know is the 2 in albuquerque, and all the ones in California are 100% owned by Disney. :mickeykid

As most probably already know by now, Disney has since reacquired all of its stores - at least in the U.S., I'm told.
I have been a proud and 'OFFICIAL' Castmember at the local Disney Store since mid August!!! :yes: :D

Sorry to bump this but I didn't think it warranted a new thread. Just a quick question, has anyone ever started at a Disney Store and moved up or into some sort of position at WDW?
