Our Public Library does take requests to purchase particular books, music and magazines. You could put in a request to yours and all they could say is no.
Our library also belongs to a co-op that shares between libraries. I did a search from the Eastern part of Dekalb County and east and have not come up with a Library around us that carries it.
Some libraries also have patrons that donate subscriptions to their local libraries. You can ask your local library to put Celebrations on the Wish List.

Friends are Gods way of apologizing to us for our families.
My local library does not have it and all their periodicals are managed through the state.
