Christmas Book Never Received

I'm posting here mostly because I do not know what else to do. I sent payment for the Celebrations Christmas book back in November and we have never received the book. I've sent multiple emails to celebrations and posted on the Celebrations Facebook wall, and have to date received NO response.

I have to say, as big a fan as I am of Tim Foster and Celebrations Magazine, I am totally disgusted. I'm just glad we did not order books for Christmas presents! It looks like others have also not received their book and I wondered if anyone had any additional contact information or suggestions for me. I'm out the $25 and have nothing to show for it, and we're all very disappointed.

Just spoke to Mr. Tim foster on the phone. Everything's resolved. I'll be waiting with bated breath beside my mailbox for the wonderful book to come in the mail. It's all I really want for Christmas! Really!

I ordered my Celebrations Magazine Christmas book back on October 9th. The payment of course has already been taken from my account, but I have never received the book either. This book actually IS a Christmas present and I have no idea what to do with Christmas this close.

Do you or any of the forum members know who I can contact about this? How did you eventually resolve your problem? I just want to receive the product that I paid for.

You guys aren't alone in this matter. I too have been wondering the same thing. I ordered my book in early october as well and have seen nothing in the mail. Kinda upsetting because it is a gift for my dad. Hoping to see it soon.

Hey guys, I just got an email from paypal that my package has been shipped vis US postal service. Priority shipping (2-3 days) so hopefully it will arrive by Christmas. Maybe posting here helped someone to see that not all of us have received our books yet? I hope everyone else gets their gifts in time for Christmas too. Good luck!

I know on Twitter Celebrations was having email and other issues. If you emailed them try it again.

Emailing Celebrations definitely works. I ordered mine the end of Sept. I emailed them about two weeks ago asking if it was shipped. Got it within a couple days after that.

Mine has been shipped, but I live in Australia, so I don't expect to get mine for a while!
