Thank you for all the birthday wishes. We were in the parks from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM. It's been a long time since we've stayed that long. The crowds in the morning at MK were wonderful. We rode JC, POC, Splash Mt., HM and the carousel all by 11:00 AM and without the need for even one fast pass. As we were leaving, the crowds were starting to arrive. We dined at GF and then headed to Epcot. I don't remember when there were still fast passes for Soar'n available at 2:00 PM on any day of the week, but WE got some. After a full afternoon at Epcot, we headed back to MK, mainly because our car was still there. We also had delusions of staying for Wishes. All the guests that were arriving when we left for lunch seemed to have stayed. After eating a couple of burgers, we opted to call it a day.

In case you're wondering, that's a crown on my visor with "Birthday Queen" embroidered on the brim.

I had an additional birthday surprise when dd gave me a membership to D23. I can't wait to start getting all the paperwork and my magazine.
