If you can dream it, you can do it!
I'm gonna have to say Pirata El Perico They have huge portions. Like if you get the taco salad and use the fixing bar you have a full meal.( DH got this) I went for the Black bean tacos plus you get a side of black beans and rice, honestly we were unable to finish everything. Our old FAV was Tommorrowland Terrace with the Salad and breadsticks combo.
We are looking for a good character lunch/dinner. We have done Akershus for the girls now we are looking for somthing diffrent.
I always enjoy my meals at The Plaza Restaurant at MK. It's a sit-down restaurant with really nice sandwiches. It's perhaps not the single best 'bank for your buck', but it has a nice ambiance, and it's not too big, so it tends to be on the 'quiet and relaxing' side. For that reason, I eat there at least once every trip.
I loved Restaurant Marrakesh in EPCOT. The portions are huge- I shared a meal with my sister and we still couldn't finish it all! The food is delicious, and the belly dancing was a lot of fun.

I forget if I've already rung in on this one.... But I have a new one to add...
Favorite Sit-down: Coral Reef - just went last week and the food was amazing. The atmosphere was great, we were on the first level looking straight at the tank. Also, we had a 4 yo and 1 yo with us and the kida meals were WELL worth it and they took good care of the little ones. Even with our so-so waitress, I'd definately go back.
Favorite Character Meal: Liberty Tree You get the "original" type characters: Minnie, Goofy, Chip & Dale, Pluto... Honorable mention would go to breakfast at 1900 Park fare.
Favorite Buffet: Trail's End at Ft. Wilderness. You will not go home hungry. Been there for lunch and dinner and their selection, especially of desserts, is fabulous. Even the pickiest eater will find something. And it's a nice boatride from MK.
Favorite Counter Service: Everything Pop. Mainly because there is so much repetition i nalot of the counter service, this offers variety.
