WDW: Spring Room Only Offer

Disney has just released a new offer for room-only discounts in April - May:

Booking dates: March 27 – April 19, 2008
Travel most Sunday – Thursday nights: April 20 – May 21, 2008

Room Only:
Value resorts from $84 per night
Villa resorts from $224 per night

*additional per adult charges may apply if more then 2 adults in the room.
Some deluxe resorts may be available at varying rates – call to check.


This offer is extremely limited and will not be widely advertised. If you have clients booked during these dates you may want to check to for possible savings.

What happens if you already have reservations? Can you call and "complain" and get them to discount your room?

If you have a reservation you CAN call Disney and asked to have the new discounts applied to your reservation. However if you already have the free ticket up grade offer the new offer will probably not be a better deal.

I called and they said they need a discount code to check to see if they could apply it.

There has to be one (according to the WDW Travel Rezzie girl). She couldn't look it up without it she said.

We booked a trip for May 12-15 and got the free ticket upgrade for the hopper and more option. Is what you're saying that we could potentially call and "complain" about this and possibly get the room rate discounted as well? Will this still work considering we've already paid for our trip?

You usually can only get one special per trip. They have to keep it that way or else people would be getting discount on top of discount. Disney can't make any money if they do it an other way.

Thank you Suzy for mentioning this deal and Pat for providing the code! Between the two of you, you just saved me $67.76 on my May trip (or rather just gave me $67.76 more in spending money LOL)!
