I love the BierGarten! Definitely time going while the Oompah Band is playing! it's festival seating so they will seat you with other poeple which can be great fum. I personally recommend the Black Forest Cake
I just purchased the Disney Dining Experience card, so my friends and I decided to get some use out of it. Well, we are just going to random places with the intention to eat everywhere in the World eventually.
Our first stop is the Biergarten this thursday, the 25th. So I was just wondering if anyone had any experiences about it. Or reviews, or if they themselves have used the Disney Dining Experience card there! I already read the menu on allears.net, so I know what it is. I just wanted to know more about atmosphere or something especially good or what to avoid!

I had a great time there! But then I was with great company.
Food is excellent.
My mom tells me I was there when i was little now. I do remember like a 'dollesque' type area with men wearing little shorts and a stage. I wonder if this is my misplaced memory.
Thanks everyone for their experiences so far! Anyone else?

The last time we ate there was in 2003. It was good and the band was great. One guy even played a tune on a saw....yea a real saw. The Apple strudel with custard is delicious. My wife says there is something special about that custard.

I'm was not a big fan of the food but the entertainment was good. I finally ate at Norway this weekend, so now I have eaten all around the world![]()
Annual Passholder.
The Biergarten is a great place to eat. The food was great. When I went in December they had a Christmas show in the buffet part.
Did you know the Biergarten means Beer Garden in German? (If you couldn't figure it out.)

Jeanne - It amazes me that you have not been there until now!
I hope you like it! I had a great time when I ate there.

The comments about the food being good are a relief. I had all but written the Biergarten off for our trip in July due to poor food reviews on allears.net. But I'd like to celebrate my German heritage and share it with my adult kids too! Biergarten goes back on the list!!!! Thanks!
Now I want to decide between Narcoose's and the California Grill for our "special night out - using 2 points from the meal plan dinner." Any yeahs or nays? Most of the family has never been to either one - except our son and daughter-in-law did the CG on their honeymoon 6 years ago.

I really enjoyed Beirgarten. It was nearly 4 years ago since I have been there but from what I remember it was great.
There was a really great selection and I believe it was buffet style so I would imagine it is a good place to take little ones because of all the choices.
