Cosmic Ray's and Pecos Bill's for fast food, Rainforest Cafe for moderate sit down, and Fulton Crab House and Cindy's Royal Table for expensive sit down.

This is tough because I have so many in so many different catagories but here is goes:

    Magic KIngdom
    CS - Pecos Bill's
TS - Crystal Palace (although it's been a long time since I've been to LTT and I really want to try that again)

    Epcot
CS - Cantina de San Angel (more for the margaritas then the food)
TS - L'Originale Alfredo di Roma RistoranteWill be so sad to see this place go

    MGM
CS - Toy Story Pizza Planet (I only say this because MGM doesn't have alot to offer, there is another place I liked but can't think of the name
TS - Brown Derby (haven't been in a long time but I remeber the food being decent) as far as atmosphere goes I would pick the Sci-Fi Diner.

    Animal Kingdom
    CS - Flame Tree Barbecue
TS - Well there really isn't any TS here other then Rainforest Cafe, so I guess I'm stuck saying that. Can't wait for A\K to have a really good TS.

    Resorts
CS - all the food courts are pretty much the same to me
TS - Spoodles, Concourse Steakhouse, Cali Grill

    Downtown Disney
    CS - Wetzel's Pretzels
    TS - Wolfgang Puck

It's kind of fun to do the impossible!

I fluctuate between The Brown Derby and California Grill. I love the Cobb Salad at the Brown Derby, and the fact it's an exact internal replica of the actual Brown Derby in Hollywood makes it a classic fit with the overall theming of the section of the park in which it's located. On the other hand, the California Grill boasts the fantastic view of the 7 Seas Lagoon and the Magic Kingdom, and it was a lot of fun to see the fireworks from there. Oh, and of course the food was great there too, and the sushi was very fresh.

A close second would be Ohana's for dinner. The BBQ meats were all fantastic as were the side dishes. And it's located at my favorite themed hotel (which unfortunately I've yet to stay at!).

My favorite counter service restaurant would be Casey's Corner because hot dogs and baseball just plain go together, and its always relaxing to sit there in the afternoon and stare at the Castle.

There's plenty of restaurants I've yet to try, so I'm sure this list is subject to change!
Here you leave today and enter the world of yesterday, tomorrow, and fantasy.

What a great thread! I love discussing WDW and food!

    Magic Kingdom:
CS--Colombia Harbor House (Anchors Aweigh Sandwich!) and Cosmic Ray's Starlight Cafe' (just love burgers and atmosphere)
Table--Crystal Palace. I love all of the table service options at MK, but the playful atmosphere at CP wins me over everytime.

    EPCOT:
    CS--Lotus Blossom Cafe'
    Table--Coral Reef (steaks for me!)

    MGM:
CS--Backlot Express. Just alot of fun!
Table--50's Prime Time Cafe'--The fun and home style food is just exceptional.

    Animal Kingdom:
    CS--Flame Tree!!!!!!
    Table--Rainforest Cafe'

    Downtown Disney:
    CS--Wolfgang Puck's Express
    Table--House of Blues

    Resort Hotels:
CS:the food court at the Caribbean Beach Resort
Table: Artis Point at the Wilderness Lodge
    It's a good thing!
