They were the standard breakfast potatoes you get anywhere at Disney. My Mom had the breakfast platter and she said it was fine, but nothing exciting. So you know, exactly what you expect from a dish like that

Some folks would probably just "extra special" 'em up by smotherin' 'em in catsup/ketchup, I guess...!

It's been my dream to live in Florida someday, maybe the coast,and maybe somewhere around a suburb of Orlando. If I ever get to,I want to spend my days crabfishing in the shallows, fishing some for food, not sport, getting an annual pass to WDW, and going to church and staying tight with Jesus. Maybe even getting a part time job somewhere at WDW! Gosh, I think I would love that! Maybe someday.....

Mine too. Holy Land Experience will be on my next trip and we would love a beach place near enough to WDW, but close enough to a Rhema church.

Golf ball sized. But it's an amuse bouche, so it's supposed to be bite-sized. Essentially the first bite that the chef uses to set the tone for the meal.

Now if that crab fritter appeared before me, I'd be happy! It looks too pretty and perfect to disturb, but I would have.

The main dish we had at Napa Rose had sweetbreads in it. The texture was very similar to the scallops it came with. I think it's one of those foods that you psych yourself out for and think it's far worse than it actually is.

Oh, gross, we would have left the restaurant over that.

No one forces you to eat the amuse bouche, there's no harm in trying something. At least then you know if you like it or not!

It was very pretty! But it was absolutely delicious.

I didn't eat the flower though. I'm sure it's edible. I'll try sweetbreads but I apparently draw the line at flowers
