Beignets from the Port Orleans French Quarter.
Best part - every order is MADE to order! We checked in at 3pm and ordered some cappucinos with some beignets. We waited while she dropped them in the fryer and dusted them fresh. They balloon up and fill with air . . . light and naughty! Perfect with an unsweetened coffee drink!
