lamb chop and potato salad from the Australia booth at the Food and Wine Festival this year.
sooo tender and yummy. it was my first time eating lamb and it was delicious.
that red sauce.. makes it a turn off for me.. lol it dont look well done...lol i have been watching to many monsters inside me shows
On the lamb chop: The red sauce is a sauce, not blood. Last year the lamb chop was really overdone, it should be medium rare. I didn't get it this year because I don't like it well done.
