I agree! As much as I love buffets, at the end of a breakfast one at Disney I feel like I've just over-filled myself on mediocre food for too much money... the only one I ever really enjoyed was Tusker House. In general I would much prefer Kona Cafe! Give me some tonga toast or macadamia pancakes and some GOOD coffee and I'm a happy camper (and not full to the point of feeling sick!). I've never been to the wave but those look good!
