Yep, I was proposed to on the cruise We cant do a disney wedding though, my family is too big to ask to go there, plus my family is catholic and we can't get married out of an official catholic church. I would get married there anyways, but my parents, grandparents and some of my aunts and uncles wouldn't come (they did that for a cousin who didn't have a catholic wedding sadly).

I didn't try the sirloin, it was my friends but she liked it. I know after all the apps we were having I wouldn't have been able to handle a full steak and I couldn't finish mine at Palo!

I had the butterfinger cupcake on my trip as well and I liked the cake part but the icing wasnt so good and there was just sooooo much of it! But Im glad I tried it once!

Well congrats! We're doing a European cruise for our honeymoon, everyone expects me to do something Disney, so it takes some of the fun out of it! Good luck planning!

Oh funny, I was going to say in my last post that my friend got the red velvet cheesecake cupcake and I liked it much better!

Moving onto the pirate night desserts now! We pretty much got everything on the dessert menu, not because we ordered it, but because our server just kept bringing stuff out! In fact, I asked for something and he said "no, pick something else!". We were confused (although we found it hilarious) until we realized it was because he just wanted us to pick more than one thing!


Here's the fruit cobbler, which I liked better than the first thing I ordered

Did you like the butterbeer? Cause I had the frozen kind and it was sooooo good! Really hit the spot on a hot august day.

Floating Island. It was meringue and fresh fruit with a vanilla sauce (pirate night again).

The day we went was kind of chilly. We got two normal Butterbeers, and one frozen one:


If it were hot, I would have liked the frozen one better, but being chilly, the regular ones were better.

Actually it's a good question. In the book it IS an alcoholic beverage, but in the parks it is NOT an alcoholic beverage. From what we could tell it was cream soda with a butterscotch foam on top...delicious!
