    Made my ADR's - Whad'ya think?

I've just made my March 2008 ADRs. We typically eat breakfast in the room and hit a CS for lunch. Thus, all my ADRs are for dinner.

Those are great choices. I noticed that you have Artist Point for Sept./Oct and Dec., we went there last year and their big specialty was supposed to be "WILD" salmon. I had read in a magazine how they fly it in fresh everyday from Alaska. I really enjoy salmon so I ordered it and well after I had given my order but before I recieved my food it dawned on me to ask about the salmon being wild and that's when she told me it was farm raised. Now I know if your not a fish eater this is not a big deal, but they were advertising it on the menu as "wild" so to me it was very misleading and she didn't offer the info while I was ordering it, I had to ask her. It was a nice size beautiful looking fish but sort of tasteless (not sure if that has anything to do with the fact that it is farm raised). So just a word of warning that if you are ordering salmon ask if it's wild.

edited to add....that it depends on the time of year if the wild salmon is available.

    England - too far away!
Your plans look great! We ate at many of those last week - and I would recomend all of them! Brown Derby was my fav place, but the strawberry soup at Grand Floridian Cafe and Cheese soup at Le Cellier were exceptional. We had lots of character meals too!

I've been to Liberty Tree and Garden Grill. I have enjoyed both and would not hesitate to go back and dine there again. I would like to hear how crystal palace goes as I have heard good things about that meal but have not tried it before partially because I am not a pooh and friends fan.
