dinning plan question

ok i was just on the list disney page that explains how their dinning plan goes.. its the 2008 plan info.. and it said that tip wasnt included.. which i knew for 2008 it wouldnt be..

when we go in October is the tip included in my plan????

and appitizers arent included on the new one.. but when i go will it still be included???

They should both still be included. It's still 2007, and you bought the 2007 plan. If they tell you otherwise, I'd complain!
