The whole family loves Columbia Harbour House. Its not burgers, but sandwhiches and fish or chicken strips. The tuna sandwhich is great, but the best thing about this counter service location is the quiet second floor eating area. They don't tell you its there, but we love to get away from all the crowds and have a relatively quiet meal. We eat mostly counter service meals at WDW and this by far our favorite. It can get very busy, however because of its location by fantasyland and the HM.

Our favorite is Cosmis Ray's. We usually split the chicken/ribs meal for lunch and use only one counter service credit. You get plenty of food for 2 people (in our opinion). The other good thing is that they have a huge selection so if you have a group, everyone can usually find something in one place.
Cosmic Ray's is banging, and so is Pecos Bill's. Cosmic rays has much more variety though...

And Cosmic Rays has Sonny Eclipse providing entertainment while you eat.
If you're tired of burgers and fries, definitely check out Columbia Harbor House. Very different good sandwiches.
On the not-always-open list is the Tomorrowland Terrace Noodle station, and El Pirata y El Perico. Never got to Pirate/Parrot, but I didn't think too much of the Noodle station.
You can take a look at all the menus here: Restaurant Dining Menus from Walt Disney World
Pinochios Village Haus is quite good. Cosmic Rays is pretty standard, I hear great things about Tomorrowland Noodle Station but have never eaten there.

Pecos Bill's is great. Burgers are great. Fixins bar is HUGE, and I actually reallu love the grilled chicken salad they offer.
