Clarification on Gratuity Please!!

I just called a CM to ask about Gratuity with the Dining Plan. Gratuity with the dining plan is at the DISCRETION OF THE CUSTOMER!!! That is from a CM and their supervisor!!!

Setting the record straightL Anyone who has the Dining Plan for 2008 can TIP AT THEIR LEISURE!!!!

I believe there is an automatic 18% gratuity for each TS meal. If that's the case i think you would be handed a bill for that.
