I haven't been there for a long time but just because it's the home of the original Cobb Salad, i would have to go with that. I've heard alot of good things about their grapefruit cake for dessert, though I've never had it.

The Cobb salad is great. Also, the steak there is one of the better steaks on property. Grapefruit cheesecake for dessert is terrific.

Cobb Salad for sure! This is the one restaurant we ALWAYS book for a dinner when we go. I just had to check my travel book from when we went last year and I had the grouper with asparagus in a citrus sauce (they change their menu, so this may not be available) and my mom had the pork chop with veggies as our main meal. They were OUTSTANDING!!!! We split a Cobb salad for an appetizer.

We got a slice of the grapefruit cake to split. It was our first time getting it. I could not believe how GOOD...make that INCREDIBLE the cake was. We enjoyed it so much, we got another slice.

I found the recipe on line and we're getting ready to try it out this weekend.

I highly recommend the Brown Derby to anyone!

So, is it grapefruit cake or grapefruit cheesecake? I've seen both, and I'm not sure if they're two separate desserts or the same thing.

Oh, and I've heard really good things about the Cobb salad, too.

It's a grapefruit cake. Like a butter cake or chocolate cake.
