Got a seat at the Victoria & Albert's Chef's Table!!

We were walking out the door to head to Tulsa for my next bodybuilding competition when we get a call from Walt Disney World. It was Victoria & Albert's calling.

We somehow managed to climb from 10th on the waiting list to 1st and have secured a seating at the Chef's Table on June 23rd! Talk about the best birthday present for my wife.

    We are so, so excited

Well, I've already blogged about Victoria & Alberts Chef's Table once, but I had to write it from memories captured before I was a blogger.

This time I'll be sitting there as a blogger and will be able to do a redo of my review from a fresher and more community aware perspective.

So, expect another writeup at Grumpy's Hollow in the next month or so

Thanks Pat! We are hoping this dash of Disney Magic is payback for all the good karma we've tried to build up over the past couple years and bodes well for my competition this weekend.

It's not cheap, but it's worth it if you can do it and afford it. I try to let my wife know how much I appreciate her in the only ways I know how....Disney stuff

That is an amazing jump on the list. It will be neat to see another write up on this restaurant, since the switch over to kid free dining (or not infant/toddlers admitted).
I look forward to seeing this review and CONGRATULATIONS and good luck on the competition.

I'll try and do my best with the review. At least, this time, I'll know that I should be writing about it...LOL

The Chef's Table has ALWAYS been adults only, so I'll not have much exposure to the dining room area to report on that

Just got back from Victoria & Alberts. My stomach is about to pop but we and the Devine's had a blast. I think between Tim and I we took over 300 pictures. Now I just need time to write up my second review of the joint.

I must say the senior level staff really got interested in us with all our camera equipment. The Matre D' was visiting us alot

Tim Devine has posted to his online gallery pictures he took during our meal at the Chef's Table. The lovely staff at Victoria & Alberts let Tim into the "Fireplace room" to take some pictures since it was not being utilized at that time (10PM). So he got some great photos in addition to our meal photos.

He has chosen to not post any of the photos that contained us in them. Those will come later. He took some great group shots and pictures outside the Grand Floridian in front of the cars. I cannot wait to see them once they get through post-processing:

it really was an excellent experience and we thank you and enchanted rose for allowing us to be with you that evening. the photos really don't do the food justice and chef aimee was a real treat. hope you folks all like the pics!

Very good photos! The food shots may not have "done the food justice" compared to your personal experience, but I think they are great and V&A's is now on my must do WDW restaurant list. Looking at the photos of the food and the rooms, it's a total dining experience.

Thanks so much for posting! Looking forward to more photos. Any blogs yet?
