The only one I've eaten at is the Biergarten, and the food there was yummy!
I loved both Sci Fi and Ohana's. Some of my favorite places. Hope to try them again soon.
i have never been to Sci Fi but my parents have and they didnt like it very much Playhouse Disney Breakfast at Hollywood and Vine was very good!!

I would suggest that:
keep it simple at Sci-Fi, they use to have good Buffalo wings, burgers etc. ok i just looked at their menu and I don't see the wings anymore
never been to Biergarten or Playhouse
Tony's-my mother always told me if you don't have anything nice to say about something don't say anything at all
San Angel Inn-I had a good shrimp dish once and I think my kids liked the tacos
not sure how the O'hana breakfast works but I don't think there is a huge selection (I don't think you order off a menu because I know you don't for dinner-not sure)
Thanks, I guess I'll just go with the ADR's I have. We kind of fell into the free dining thing, so some of the places I would really want to go were all booked solid, and I refuse to eat at 9:30 PM with a 6 and 5 year old in tow.
Sci-Fi Dinner- food is average but the theme is great
Biergarten Lunch- s'ok
Playhouse Disney BReakfast- haven't tried this but the H&V was average for dinner
Tony's Town Sqaure Lunch- not bad
San Angel Inn Dinner- a personal fave
Ohana Breakfast- excellent for dinner
