Breakfast in Epcot
My family (parents, sister, husband & myself) is going to WDW the first week of Dec. I was wondering if I could get a few suggestions regarding where we could get breakfast at Epcot (Future World & World Showcase)? We will be spending two days there. Any tips or suggestions are greatly appreciated!
Thank you!

the only place i have eaten bfast in EPCOT is the Askerhaus (sp) in Germany... it is a princess character breakfast and my family loved it! the food was delicious! parts of it were brought to your tabel and the rest was a buffet so there was plenty to go around!

There really isn't a lot of options for breakfast, but what my family and I usually do is just grab a muffin (or in my case a chocolate chip cookie) from a little kiosk in front of the Universe of Energy and that usually tides us over until we can eat lunch at one of the many many restaurants in Epcot.

Thanks for both the Askerhaus & kiosk suggestions! It didn't seem to me that there were a whole lot of options. We will be doing the Disney Dining plan so anything we would grab would be snack or quick service. I was hoping someone would know about a quick service that served breakfast sandwiches/etc....but a muffin may have to do the trick!
Thank you!

Can anyone tell me if the Fountain View Bakery is still around? I had heard they only serve ice cream now.

Oh, say it's not so!
I was preparing to suggest Fountain View when I saw this! Can anyone confirm or deny Fountain View is now an ice cream shop!
Well, BarnicleBaron, if Fountain View has not been converted to an ice cream shop, it's a great place to pick up a CS breakfast sandwich, coffee, etc.

I've never eaten breakfast at Epcot, we've always eaten at home or at the hotel before we've gone. However, if I was going to eat breakfast at Epcot, I would go to Sunshine Seasons. They seem to have a pretty good varitiety and they have good lunches.
Upcoming Trips to WDW:
Dec 6-10: Disney Wonder
Dec 10-19: Port Orleans French Quarter

Just a side note- Askerhaus is in Norway, not Germany.
Sunshine Seasons is a great place for breakfast- fast service and good variety.
If you're staying in any of the Epcot resorts, there are plenty of choices before going to Epcot- Boardwalk,Picabu's in the Dolphin, Garden Grove at the Swan, etc.
