Well, I think I've gotten out of going to Chef De France. Now my daughter has some other places in mind. Just curious on what folks have to say about these joints.
Turf Club @ Saratoga Springs
Spoodles @ Boardwalk
Chef Mickey's @ Contemporary
Mickey's Backyard BBQ @ Fort Wilderness
Olivia's Cafe @ Old Key West
Boma @ Animal Kingdom Lodge
Akershus @ Epcot
Le Cellier --- ok, I'm pretty familiar with LeCellier
We're still 344 days away, so this is all preliminary. No doubt her list will change a few times, heck maybe she'll let me pick one or two (just kidding). It's almost a year away, and she (ok we) are excited already. After all, the planning is half the fun.

Boma is a amazing!
Ayhab the Arab
It's amazing to think that this all started with one little mouse.
Akershus - fantastic. Go for the Princess breakfast, the food is not brilliant but the atmosphere is.
Boma - the food is fab and there is so much to try.
Spoodles - the food was ok (and only ok), but the noise was awful! The only place I didn't enjoy.
Here is another vote for Boma! Great excuse to go walk around AKL at the same time.
You're already sold on Le Cellier, one of my faves. The other one I've gone to on your list was Akershus but that was way back before the Princess meal, it was good, I remember lots of fish and cold dishes. Check the menu to make sure they serve dishes you'd enjoy.
Chef Mickey's is a lot of fun too. A huge selection of breakfast food at the buffet. The atmosphere is great, especially when Mickey comes out![]()

Chef Mickey's @ Contemporary
-- I had the worst experience here. My family and I hate it. We will never go there again.
Boma @ Animal Kingdom Lodge
-- Really, really good. It's definitely a great place to try something new and they still have American food.
Le Cellier @ EPCOT
-- We went there for lunch. It was one of the best meals I've ever had WDW.
Chef Mickey was awseome. Went there for my 19th birthday and It was great. The best character meal we went to.
Akershus was also very good. The food wasn't the best but with some many princesses we got most of our princess photos just from one meal. And no lines.![]()
