Disney removes Foie Gras from Menus

Well Donald Should be happy. Foie Gras is off the menus.

Apparently the Chefs from the fine Disney restaurants, Victoria & Albert's, California Grill, Citricos and Les Chefs de France have removed the French appetiser from their menus (all on the same day).

Disney's spokesman has stated that it is not a political statement rather a menu update.

Just a guess, I am betting they will receive more complaints about the Chicken Strips turning into nuggets than Foie Gras disappearing from the menu.

Yes, Disney decided to sub in Nuggets for their Chicken Strips, like we would not notice.

Fantasmic? Did something happen to Fantasmic?

This was announced back at the end of July 2008. It is going to kinda force many to buy a dinner package to get a seat. It was also noted a few months ago that the boat was missing at the end of the show. Don't know if that was a permanent change.

Now guests will have to show up way early in order to get a seat. I'm just thinking how much precious time that would eat up! Some guests won't get to see it if they don't show up early enough so you're probably right about the dinner packages.

This was in last nights All Ears Newsletter. If true, I'm betting their are going to be a lot of angry guests who just forked out big $$'s for special treatment, with the biggest perk being removed.

18. Very crowded but fun. We had a party of 10 and I had made
reservations for the Fantasmic Dinner Show Package. It has
changed. They no longer let you in the back way. You have to
enter with the HERD of people. They only have a small roped off
place to sit, so in my opinion it is not worth booking the
package. No real advantage. The only reason I booked it was
because there were 10 of us and it would have been much easier
to go in the back instead of with the herd. Just some
information to anyone thinking about booking that. We ended up
not even sitting in the reserved section and had wonderful
seats!

but we are guaranteed seats correct? when the change happens to just 2 shows per week, I would like guarnteed seats
